Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy

What is Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy?

A Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy is a company's comprehensive plan for how it will launch a new product or enter a new market. It's the playbook that covers all the bases: who the target customer is, what the product's value proposition is, what the pricing will be, and how it will be sold and marketed. A key part of any GTM strategy is defining the sales channels. Will the product be sold directly, through partners, or a combination of both? A well-thought-out GTM strategy is essential for a successful launch.
