What is Downline?
The term "downline" is most commonly used in multi-level marketing (MLM) or tiered affiliate programs. It refers to the network of distributors or affiliates that a person has recruited. When someone in your downline makes a sale, you typically earn a small commission on that sale as well. This creates an incentive for participants to not only sell products themselves but also to recruit and train new members. This structure allows for exponential growth but can also be controversial. It's a specific type of partner structure that relies on building a hierarchy of sellers.
